High-Output Media Businesses Trust Clipflow

Built for content, straight out of the box

Purpose built for media agencies to handle client content work by default.

A system that relies on SOPs, retraining and constant upkeep holds back growth. When you're meant to be finding your business you'll find yourself chasing edits, appeasing clients and hunting for files.

The time you're spending in set up and config has a clear ROI you're leaving untracked.

Inside the agency workspace

Every Client, One Workspace

Every client's brand, all projects and every deliverable is trackable in one space. So frictionless, clients won't try to work around your systems.

Client Overview inside Clipflow

Before I was using ClickUp or even Monday.com, and I had to do the revisions with Frame.io, but then I also had Notion to track some of the SOPs, and everything was a mess.

Why we built this

We know the pain of operations at scale. From a team of 400.

We built software before Clipflow. Not for agencies, for ourselves. The lessons from running demanding client work at high volume, on tight deadlines and the systems that let a small team outperform teams 10x its size are built right in.

If you're delivering content at high volume with even higher standards for your team than your clients have for the work, you need to be doing the creative work and the business management.

You don't need to be middle-man, system admin, IT and HR anymore.

What changes first

Double the pipeline without dropping the ball.

If you've ever paused marketing because delivery couldn't keep up, or you couldn't guarantee the standards. The operation underneath is the underlying cause — and purpose-built means “I'll get to that next week” becomes “I've got time to focus”.

  • Pitch the next client

Hours back from debugging, troubleshooting and relationship saving turn into hours on calls that close deals. The work that matters gets the attention it deserves.

  • Retention compounds

Consistent quality delivery reduces churn and turns small clients into long-term customers. The team stops being the wildcard.

  • Hire with confidence

The product bakes process in with the work. New contractors, editors, producers and team get productive in days, not weeks.

  • Stop saying no to work

Once the operations are sorted, taking on more clients stops requiring risk calculations.

    Same Ops Every Project

“We were using too much of a generalised software. You end up automating too many things or box-ticking too many things. Clipflow just makes it easy to hone in on the right details.”

What changes underneath

You built the ‘perfect’ system. You still can’t take a day off.

The system you built screenshot

The system you built

Stitched together. Working, just.

  • Constant reminders to use it

  • Fragile Zaps that break in silence

  • Endless retraining for every hire

  • You’re the admin, not the founder

  • Content ops debt accumulating in the background

The system built for you screenshot

The system built for you

Purpose-built. Runs itself.

  • Built for the team and the client from day one

  • Maintained without you in the loop

  • New hires productive on day one

  • You’re the founder again

  • One source of truth. Same on every job

What is chaos costing?

The longer the band-aid holds, the more expensive it gets.

Every coordination tap, every “where’s the asset”, “I’ll check with the editor”, “Where’s this up to” is invisible, unbillable work. It only shows in missed deadlines, confused team and churned retainers.

  • “Make sure you” Friction

Hours spent reminding and updating fields, connections and information across five tools, while none of it bills. Compounding with each new client.

  • Operations Debt

Stale docs, broken zaps, incomplete briefs and outdated SOPs pile up even when billable work doesn't. Every missed step and reminder becomes fragile tribal knowledge.

  • Hiring Traps

Hiring to treat ops problems hits the symptoms. The new hires all become another reason you can't take a day off, or take a client sales call.

If more clients = more problems, you've got an operations issue.

Replaces tool sprawl

There's a calmer way
to run more volume

In Clipflow everything lives together. You reduce notification pollution in your other apps and everyone in Clipflow knows the jobs to be done with everything they need on hand.

  • Spin up a workspace and invite the client in two minutes

  • Upload an edit and share it without a Zap

  • Frame-accurate feedback replaces Slack threads

  • Close the first approval with a timestamped sign-off

Day 14

The team stops leaning on you

  • Editors self-serve from the task list instead of interrupting

  • New hires follow the workflow without a 2-hour walkthrough

  • Clients comment in app, not in email

  • You stop being the human router between team and client

Day 30

Back to business building

  • Every client is on the same process

  • Nothing to babysit. No automations, no status fields, no SOPs to rewrite

  • Hours from system admin go back to pitching, strategy and creative

  • The client roster grows without the overhead growing with it

Questions agencies ask

Frequently asked questions.

If you have more, send them via email or ask us in app once the trial starts.

We’re already in ClickUp and Notion. Why switch?
You probably don’t. Most agencies keep ClickUp and Notion for general business work: billing, internal docs, ops. Clipflow takes over the client-facing production layer where reviews, feedback, approvals and delivery happen. Your general PM tool goes back to being a general PM tool instead of a Frankenstein.
Can clients review without creating an account?
Yes. Send a share link, they click it, watch the edit, leave timestamped comments and approve. No signup, no app install, no training call. If they can leave a comment on Instagram they can use Clipflow.
How long does it take to migrate from our current setup?
Most agencies run their first real client project through Clipflow within a day. There’s no data migration. You create a workspace, invite the client, upload the first cut. Run one active project alongside your existing tools, then expand when the team feels the difference.
Can we white-label it with our branding?
Not yet. The default workspace already feels like a clean, professional client experience without your brand grafted on top. White-label is on the roadmap if it becomes a buy-blocker for your accounts.
Does it replace Frame.io?
For most agency workflows, yes. Frame-accurate review, timestamped comments, share links. All built in. The difference is Clipflow wraps review into the rest of production: feedback, approvals, delivery, templates. Frame.io covers one slice. Clipflow covers the whole job.
How does pricing work for an agency?
$29 per user per month on Growth. 14-day free trial. Client reviewers don’t need a seat. If you’re running a bigger team, talk to us. The Unlimited tier is a flat rate that scales with you.
How do agencies scale without hiring an ops person?
Co-ordination eats more time than the creative work does. Hiring an ops person treats the symptom, not the content ops debt sitting underneath. Agencies that scale efficiently invest in systems that standardise client work: same review process, same onboarding, same approvals across every client. Adding client #15 then feels like adding client #3.
What’s the difference between project management and production management?
Generalist PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday) are great for any industry. Production management is built around media review, client access and production templates. Day to day, that means fewer integrations to maintain and a workflow the team and clients can actually follow without a refresher.

TLDR; You've scrolled this far

You only made it here because things aren't perfect. Either you're already drowning or you see the writing on the wall that scaling in your current structure is going to send you straight to burn-out.

If your maintenance and app bills are growing even while the revenue isn't, it might be time to set up the right foundations and bring clients, briefs, edits and approvals into one app. The team runs the work and you run the business.
